    EXHIBITION AT LA TOUR GRISE

    Haitian paintings
    By Harold Rigaud

This week la Tour Grise welcomes an art exhibition concerning, in particular, paintings inspired from Haiti. About 34 paintings with hot colors from the Caribbean reflecting the charming life of the islanders, meanwhile, the visitors at the exhibition were rejoicing of the presence of the artist Harold Rigaud.

Harold is originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti where he discovered at a very young age his passion for painting. He has been living in America for about ten years with his wife and two children. His paintings are created from memories of a folklore and faune that reflects his place of birth.

Right now, lets take note that Harold Rigaud is well known since he has already illustrated many scholastic books in Haiti. Many of his artworks lead by his unique style are used for decoration and are reproduced on lithograph, luggage tags, key chains, magnets, sold and distributed all across North America by Artistic Impressions.

This exhibition that Harold is proposing us for the first time in France, is already giving us a sign of a successful experience because many of his paintings are bought and retained by private Collections that will mark his passage here in France.

Harold Rigaud and the organizers of this exhibition, who are no less but his friends in France, thank warmly once again everyone who contributed to the success of this event.
